Complaints procedure

Higher York Access Centre

If you have applied for Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) and want to book a Needs Assessment you can either ring 01904 876542 or fill in our online enquiry form.

The Higher York Access Centre is normally open Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm.

Our next available assessment appointment is in the week commencing 3 June 2013, (last updated 20 May 2013).

We are based close to the centre of York - How to find us 

The Higher York Access Centre is based in the Phoenix Centre, (Numbered 27 on the Campus Map)
