BA Film and Television Production, Associateship of the
National Film and Television School
Peter first studied filmmaking during a 4-year stint at Art
College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film
and Television Production. This was followed by 3 years of
postgraduate study at the National Film and Television School where
he graduated as a director of documentary films.
He then moved into broadcast television, working for 27 years at
ITV Yorkshire. There he produced and directed documentaries and a
wide range of factual programmes, some winners of national and
international awards. Whilst at ITV he began self-shooting
observational documentaries and 4 years ago set up his own company
Every Picture Productions Ltd. Through EPP he has continued
to shoot and produce documentaries for ITV and Discovery.
