Global leaders at York St John
LEADERS from NGOs, government bodies and private companies
from all over the world visited York St John Business School.
The one-week residential visit, part of a
distance-learning online Masters in Leading Innovation And Change
was run by the Business School in conjunction with Robert
Kennedy College, Zurich and brought 28 leaders together to
discuss the theory behind innovation, different leadership styles
and cultures, as well as share experiences.
Kelly Anderson, of PreClarity Communications,
an analytics company based in the US, said: “Innovation is going to
happen, and society is going to adapt to new ideas, it’s how you
manage it – you’re either going to be a leader in that or reacting
to that.”
The group consisted of leaders from various countries
including Nigeria, Denmark, Singapore, the Bahamas, Tanzania,
Rwanda and Dubai.
