What is it like to be a student at
YSJ?
To me it is a privilege and a big honour, since
it has enabled me to widen my knowledge and perceive matters in a
different perspective more so when dealing with diversity and
equality.
What are you involved with at YSJ/in
York (apart from your programme?
Volunteering in the Alumni Development
Office.
What is your favourite thing about
the City of York?
I find York city to be one of the cleanest,
peaceful, friendly, hospitable and with historical sites that is
more conducive to the learning environment.
What has been the biggest surprise
since arriving at YSJ?
My biggest surprise ever since I arrived in York
St John has been about the Lecturers commitment towards their
students’ success.
What you hope to do in the
future?
I hope the knowledge I have acquired shall be
able to change my life and my society back home to be better than
before.
