MA Leading Innovation & Change (MALIC)

Innovation and change are critical challenges in today’s workplace. Inspirational leadership of innovation and change can make the difference between success and failure.

The MA Leading Innovation & Change (MALIC) programme increases participants’ understanding of the key processes of innovation and change, and introduces strategies to overcome the challenges of introducing and sustaining them. Experienced managers and professionals, who are responsible for supporting innovation and bringing about change in their organisations, will find the MALIC programme provides them with the opportunity to enhance their leadership.

The executive style of the programme provides master classes from experienced academics and practitioners, and the opportunity to share learning and network with experienced colleagues.

The course is delivered in two ways: a face to face programme delivered at York St John University, and as a distance learning experience delivered by our partners Robert Kennedy College.

MA English Language and LinguisticsEnglish Language & Linguistics MA

The MA in English Language & Linguistics (MA  ELL) is a wholly online  programme which is designed with education professionals in mind. As well as having to teach explicitly about language on particular Specifications – for example, English Language or English Language and Literature A Levels, and the ‘Study of Spoken English’ element at GCSE – teachers encounter many contexts where knowing more about language is important, regardless of their discipline or phase of operation. For example, Early Years teachers, Teaching Assistants, Special Needs staff and Language Support colleagues will all benefit from increasing their linguistic expertise.
