Alan’s main research interests are within
Education Management and Leadership focussing on the FE (Adult and
HE) and HE Sectors, around organisational behaviour (culture,
motivation & leadership) issues and recruitment and selection
processes. He is also interested in student motivation and
approaches to learning.
