Chris Mortimer’s industrial experience has been gained over
fourteen years working in manufacturing across the UK, with
particular involvement in cultural change management and the
implementation of continuous improvement. Chris has recently
completed her PhD dealing with the social construction of business
leadership. Current research interests include the interface
between business leadership and society. She is also undertaking
consultancy work within the Museum sector, examining current and
future leadership styles, needs and practice.
