Dr Janet Astley is the Head of Programme for
the B A (Hons) Business Management suite of awards. Her
previous roles include HRM management and training within the
public sector specifically primary health care and the police
service. She has experience of managing large, high
performance teams working to specific key performance indicators
within time constrained deadlines. She has managed
significant budgets, procured services as well as managing and
implementing organisational change.
