Dr Stefanos Nachmia’s teaching philosophy is grounded in an
appreciation for interactive teaching, critical learning and
thinking, and academic excellence. He encourages students to become
critical readers and original thinkers as well as systematic
analysts and effective managers by employing various methods
including experiential exercises, videos, role plays, panel
discussions with presentations, and teamwork. Stefanos specialises
in teaching human resource management, diversity management and
career development.
