I am the Head of Subject for the Business Management Subject
Group with line management responsibility for 18 permanent members
of staff and 8 Associate Tutors. My role incorporates a mixture of
strategic activities, in particular ensuring that our curriculum
continues to develop and provides students with exciting programmes
of benefit to their personal and career development. Operational
activities relating to the management of a diverse group of staff.
I also teach my specialist subject area, Human Resource Management,
on both Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes within the
Business School. Finally, I continue to be an active researcher and
write articles on Human Resource Management for conferences and
journals.
