Profile Teaching Professional Activities

As an e-pedagogy teaching fellow I support my colleagues within the Business School in their use of the VLE in order to facilitate their teaching. I also work with the other teaching fellows across the university, in the development of e-learning strategies and policies in order to enhance curriculum delivery.

As the Head of Programme for the Masters in Leading Innovation and Change (MALIC) programme, I work closely with a partner in managing the delivery of this as a distance learning programme and with the team in the Business School in the delivery of the same programme on campus. In this role I meet many amazing people who have invested in their personal development as leaders while working, often in senior and demanding roles. They are an inspiration.

As part of the IT lecturing team I work with undergraduates as they learn and develop their IT skills. I am constantly impressed by the creativity and effort that students put into their projects.
