I am interested in language learning motivation, foreign
language learning in adults and qualitative research methods in
applied linguistics.
I am currently finishing my PhD in Education
at the University of York. My thesis explores the motivation of
adult language learners on an Italian beginner course.
As YSJ Teaching Fellow, I have been working on
a Curriculum Enhancement Project fund (£3,000) aimed at developing
E-portfolios for language learning and assessment.
