Assessment Centres
Assessment centres often form part of the selection process for
graduate recruitment schemes, and are generally (but not always)
used by the larger organisations. They typically last 1-2 days, and
involve a variety of tests (sometimes including psychometric
tests, exercises and events that are designed to assess
candidates in a variety of ways. See the video below for a useful
