Work placements
Many degrees at York St John include a work placement element.
Some programmes will organise these on behalf of students, others
will expect you to find and arrange a placement yourself. The
Careers & Employability team can help you think about what you
want from a placement, the kind of organisations you could
think about contacting, and how to make the most of your time on
placement. Occasionally we are also able to identify possible
placement opportunities, but you should not rely on this as their
are no guarantees we will have something that suits your needs.
