Senior Administrative Assistant - Initial Teacher
Education
My position is extremely varied as I
administer two teaching programmes; the 3 year undergraduate
Primary Education programme and the Postgraduate Secondary RE
Programme.
I work mostly for the Heads of Programme, providing admin and
secretarial support for them and their programmes of study as well
as being a first point of contact for the students on these
programmes. A key element of my duties includes organising and
providing on the day support for Interview Days.
As part of my role I also service and organise a range of
committees and meetings including Case Consultations, Quality
Panels and Subject Assessment Panels as well as managing and
updating two websites The ITE (Initial Teacher Education) Website
and the David Hope RE Centre Website.
