My education background is Economics. I have travelled extensively around the world. My belief in ‘unity in diversity’ and ‘world citizenship’ made me very comfortable to live in different parts of the world and love people everywhere. 

 

Why did you choose this programme at this University?

My aim was to do research on the role of religion in solving Economic problems, focusing on the Baha’i Faith. This University accepted my proposal and I am glad doing research at this University.

 

How long have you been studying at YSJ?

Four years

 

How did you find combining your ‘work & home’ life with your studies?

My three children are all grown up. I love my work which is a teaching job and more importantly I have a wonderful wife who is very encouraging and co-operative.

 

What did you find most helpful about the programme, resources, staff, university?

I have found the staff at this University very friendly and I have a very supportive supervisor. The research I am doing is unique and timely because it discusses the role of Baha’i teachings in dealing with Economic problems.

 

What is the best thing about being a student at YSJ?

Being with wonderful people in an attractive campus in a beautiful city.
