"I spent 3 years at York st John studying the
MA in Theology & Religious Studies.
I chose this course as I needed some
intellectual stimulus and it was recommended to me by a past MA
student.
It was easy for me to combine my work and home
life in my retirement. A daily reading / study programme lays
an established routine in the week. The extensive reading
list provided with each module was very helpful.
I found staff very committed and
engaged. I also liked that there was a very good mix of
students – 10-12 mature people from a wide denominational
background.
At this point in time I’m not sure if I decide
to commit myself to continuing my studies on a PhD course but I
would like to thank for a very fine rewarding experience on the
MA."
