“I decided to study the programme because I
thought the modules were very interesting and would challenge my
way of thinking. Also the opportunity to undertake an
independent study module was very attractive. I studied for
18 months. I found combining work & home life with my
studies challenging but manageable with support at home. All
the staff were really helpful – not only the academic staff who
were great, but also the Learning Resource Centre staff. I
found the programme very flexible and enjoyed sharing experiences
with other students on the programme and being taught by ‘real
experts’ in the field of Theology. The programme has given me
a lot more confidence in challenging many pre-conceived views in my
church. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience – despite
a 200 mile round trip every week!”
