How much will Accommodation cost?
* Please note that utility costs (Fuel and water) are in
addition to the rent in University managed Houses (UMH) -the annual
rent shown includes a deposit of £300- adjustments for over or
underpayment will be made at the end of the tenancy. the bond of
£150 must be paid when you accept your accommodation- this will
then de deducted from your first invoice. Insurance of £15 is also
payable in all properties.

- You can pay for your accommodation at the finance office or by
Direct Debit. Instalment dates are set in advance and
form part of your agreement, but if you encounter difficulties in
paying you must contact the finance office immediately otherwise
administration charges will be added.
- Once you're registered at YSJ you can also keep an eye on your
student account using e vision and selecting Statement
details. The rounding up may differ slightly.
- Gray's Wharf twin room is priced per person
