The majority of rooms are single study bedrooms with a washbasin - bathrooms and kitchens are shared;
We have a small number of ensuite single study bedrooms available

Set around pleasant lawned gardens in an attractive setting close to the city walls with views of the Minster;
Rent includes a £50 per week catering allowance issued on your handy 'Quikpay' catering card, to spend on food and non-alcoholic drinks at any University outlet;
Contract length of 33 weeks;
Walk to town centre in 5-10 minutes;
Local convenience stores within five minutes walk or small shop at the Students' Union, on campus;
Excellent bus links;
Close to the hospital and other amenities;
Walk to York Station in 20 mins, or a taxi will cost around £5-£10;
