Private Accommodation for Existing Students
After your first year at York St John
University you'll have a good idea of the different areas of
York, the kind of properties that are on offer and who you'd like
to live with, so you'll be in a strong position to start
house-hunting.
The private accommodation list is a database of all student
housing within York which meets the required minimum standards, and
which is being offered for rent in the coming academic year.
Please note if you are viewing this list outside of the peak
house-hunting times of February to the end of the Summer break, the
only properties on the list will be those left over from the
previous year.
