Performance
Our work on environmental sustainability over the past year has
resulted in an 18-place jump in our position in the 2012 People & Planet
Green League Tables, compared with the previous year.
We have adopted a number of key aims and
performance indicators including carbon emissions reductions ,
sustainable food sourcing, environmental standards for construction
and refurbishment projects, and maintenance of the biodiversity
value of our estate. For more information, see our
Environmental Management Policy. These are monitored and
reported on annually.

over the coming year.
