Estates
The Estates Team provides strategic and operational services
support to the University buildings, infrastructure and land.
We aim to provide, maintain and develop a high quality environment
to enable the University to meet its aims today, and in the
future.
The team are responsible for managing capital projects on site,
for example the refurbishment of the Fountains
Learning Centre in summer 2011, and also manage more
minor projects.
The Estates Team also:
- Produce CAD drawings and plans
- Maintain the Facilities Helpline, software support and
management
- Keep the staff location database up-to-date
- Provide and maintain cross-campus signage, both internal and
external
