Maintenance Services
From blocked sinks to knocking down walls, the vast majority of
the maintenance and repair issues carried out at York St
John are handled by the in-house Maintenance Team, all
permanently employed by the University.
There are members of the team on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a
year to respond to emergencies on University property; the team
also deal with all planned, cyclical maintenance as well as
dealing with urgent issues as they arise.
Should you require assistance in an emergency, or outside of
normal office hours, please call Security in the first instance. Otherwise use
