Student Expenses Payment Run Dates 2012-13
Cheques for student expenses will be printed fortnightly on
Thursdays as shown below.
Please allow enough time for your admin department to check and
authorise your claim and to be able to pass it to Finance in time
for the 1pm deadline date shown.
Please ensure that the current version of the EXP03 form
dated wef Jan 2011 is used (except for students in the Faculty of
Arts or Faculty of Education/Theology who have their own forms)
Please ensure the address "box" is completed. From
September 2011 cheques will only be sent to the contact address
registered with the University via eVision. Requests for the
cheque to be collected from the Finance office should be clearly
indicated.
