start of the year or 3 separate instalments throughout the
How much will my accommodation
For convenience we recommend
paying in 3 instalments, as this will coincide with you receiving
your student loan payments.
If you choose to pay in 3
instalments, the due dates for 2014/15 are:
||13 January 2015
||24 April 2015
Paying at Enrolment
As part of the enrolment process, you will be prompted to set up
an accommodation direct debit or set up a Recurring Card Payment
(RCP) credit/debit card in instalments.
We strongly recommend that you do this, as the payment is
entirely automatic and one less thing for you to worry
about throughout the year.
If you do not have the necessary funds available in your account
to cover the amount being collected on the dates above, please
contact the Finance Office in advance.
Failure to pay your fees on time may lead to administration
charges being incurred.
A Direct Debit will take money from a nominated bank
account. You will need to know your Account Number (this is
not the same as your Card Number) and your Sort Code.
Recurring Card Payment (RCP)
A RCP will take money from your nominated credit/debit
card. You will need your student number and date of birth
(student) and you can make the payment via our epayments page.
If you are unable to pay online please contact the Finance
Office and arrange to pay by one of the methods listed in the
Other ways to pay
Even though we suggest you pay online, you can instead pay in
person at the Finance Office or by card over the telephone.
The Finance Office is located on the First Floor of New Wing.
If paying in person, we encourage you to do so well in advance,
as queues can be excessive close to the fee deadlines.
Credit / Debit Card
You can make a payment by card via our epayments page. We
accept payments by both Credit and Debit Cards at the
Finance Office or by telephone.
If another person is arranging to make a telephone payment for
you (e.g. a parent), please ensure they are aware of your student
number, date of birth and the amount they need to pay.
Due to data protection we are unable to discuss details of your
