Turn On Apple Software Updates
(Apple Mac OS X Computers)
It is good practise to make sure your Mac OS
X Operating system is up to date with the latest Critical and
security updates.
To make sure your computer has the necessary updates
installed to connect to our network (click here for the Minimum
requirements) please follow the simple steps below to
enable Apple Software Updates and confirm the schedule:
- Go to System Preferences
- Click on Software Updates
- Under the scheduled Check tab, check the option "Check for
updates"
- Make sure the schedule is weekly or daily (Weekly is
sufficient)
You will then be prompted when updates are available, please
make sure you update them as soon as possible.
