Email
All members of Staff and Students at
York St John University are given an email account. Students
receive their accounts upon completion of their enrolment and
Staff receive theirs upon their start day. The email
address is in the
format of firstname.lastname@yorksj.ac.uk for
Students and firstinitial.lastname@yorksj.ac.uk for
Staff. You can use any of the below clients to connect
to your York St John University mailbox.
If you are a member of staff on campus
you can also take advantage of using Outlook on your desktop PC for
greater functionality. Your YSJ email is also available on selected
mobile devices.

version of the full Outlook client.
