Sending Large Attachments
There may be times when you wish to send files larger than the
10MB attachment limit. The 'Email Large Files' or
'ELF' application allows you to do this by giving you the
ability to share documents across the internet.
It is ideal for those wishing to send large
attachments, or for sending documents to colleagues in other
faculties / departments when you do not have access to their shared
drive.
Because emails containing password protected attachments cannot
be sent to external recipients, ELF is a good alternative for
anyone wishing to do this.
Installing ELF
Before you can use ELF you must install it first, any user can
do this by simply following the steps below.
Left click the Start Icon on the task bar and type \\eisapps\otter\elf in the search bar
and press return

When the exploer window opens, double click on 'Setup'

An 'Application Install' window will appear, press 'Install'

ELF will install on your computer and be ready to use.
