Recharging Your Balance
At the beginning of your course you are automatically
given £2.00 credit on your print account to allow you to start
printing straight away. At some point however you might find it
necessary to top up your print balance. You can do this on any
networked campus PC using a debit or credit card.
Accepted cards are: Master Card, Visa, Maestro, JCB
and Solo.
If you do not own a credit/debit card, then please contact Print
Services they are located outside the front of Holgate
reception.

1: To recharge your Double click on the Print
payments Icon on the desktop

2: Enter your normal York St John username
and your print payment password.
The print payment password is different to the one you normally
use to log on. If you do not have this password click on the
forgotten password link at the bottom of the page.

Otherwise press the log in button and skip to step 4.

3: Pressing the forgotten password link will take you to the
reset password page where you can get a new password sent to your
YSJ email address.

Simply enter your username and your YSJ email address and press
Send. An email with your new password should arrive in couple of
minutes. Use these details to log into the previous page by
clicking on the "Go to Logon" button.
Top Tip: Only press the send button once or you will
receive multiple emails with different passwords

4: Once you have successfully logged into the
payment system click on the budget button to reveal you balance
details and press the "Budget Recharge" button to top up your
account with your debit or credit card.

5: Enter the amount you wish to top up by in
pounds and press next.

Top Tip: You can top your balance up anything from
£2.00 to £51.00. At the start of each year you are automatically
given £2.00

6: You will now be taken to the Royal Bank of
Scotland "Worldpay" site. Here you can select the type of card you
want to use, click on the appropriate icon to continue.

7: At this point you enter your card details,
the amount that is to be charged to your card is listed on the top.
Press "Make Payment" when you have completed entering your
details.

After this you will be redirected back to the uniflow internet
gateway page. After a couple of minutes your balance will be
updated and a receipt of your payment will be emailed to your email
account, providing the payment went through.
