Inter-library loan forms

Please make sure you submit your request on the correct form or you will be asked to resubmit the request.  Help is available on how to fill out an inter-library loan form.

Both forms may be submitted online.

In order to receive a copy of a journal article, you must agree to the copyright declaration at the bottom of the form.

What is the Copyright Declaration?

If you want York St John University's Information Learning Services to obtain interlibrary loans on your behalf, we would normally require you to sign a copyright declaration for each journal article or portion of a book supplied.  In order to speed up this process and allow you to apply online for interlibrary loans we include the copyright declaration at the bottom of the article request form, in the rules and regulations that you sign up to when you enrol as a student at York St John University.  When you enrol you become entitled to use the facilities and services that the University provides. You also agree to abide by the University's rules and regulations. This Copyright Declaration forms part of those rules and regulations.

By signing up to this declaration you allow us to use your individual ILS account to process inter library loans on your behalf.

For further information on copyright please see the ILS web pages on copyright.
