Learning and Teaching Development is very keen
on engaging with students in ways that facilitate a positive and
collaborative learning environment across the University.
We would like to create a friendly research
culture across the institution that gives students opportunities to
find out what it’s like to “do” research alongside academic staff.
Other opportunities include participating in dialogue with the
possibility of effecting change in assessment, feedback and
curriculum design.

conferences. If you are planning to present your research
or project at the conference, we can provide funding for the
conference fee or travel. Please e-mail Lena Henderson at l.henderson@yorjksj.ac.uk if
you would like to apply for funding.
