economic and political concerns relating to financial control

evaluates the nature of corporate governance
and the role of financial information, and allied disciplines, in
delivering appropriate governance
- Advanced Leadership & Management Skills - This module
encourages you to critically analyse styles and theory, whilst
being aware of the decisions you make
- Financial Control in Diverse Organisations - This module
considers how organisations and sectors differ and the implications
of such differences in terms of developing appropriate systems of
financial control. The nature of, and financial control of,
specific organisations will be evaluated using live projects and
case studies.
