RCOMH Lead for Occupation in Child and Adolescent Mental Health research programme Dr Carolyn Dunford

Dr Carolyn DunfordCarolyn joined the Children’s Trust as Research Associate in October 2010. She has a mixed clinical and academic background having worked in the NHS for many years as a clinician/researcher as well as more recently spending three years as a senior lecturer at York St John University. She has retained her links with York St John University through her involvement in the RCOMH executive team. She is leading the development of the research programme: occupation in child and adolescent mental health and provides a link to clinical practice. The team benefits from her passion for clinically based research and developing outcome measures that capture the multi-faceted results from rehabilitation interventions.
