RCOMH Information Manager Hannah Spring

Hannah SpringHannah is the Information Manager for RCOMH.  By background she is a clinical librarian and health information professional and therefore has a broad range of skills which support RCOMH.  She provides information support to both the RCOMH team and those collaborating with the RCOMH team.  She takes responsibility for development of The Bridge RCOMH e-newsletter and provides current awareness services for the Spotlight on Research feature of The Bridge.  She also provides information support in other areas of the work of RCOMH including overseeing some promotional and profile raising activities such as the RCOMH Twitter and Facebook feeds.  Hannah has extensive experience of systematic reviews and in advising and leading on both literature and systematic reviews, and has worked in this capacity for RCOMH related projects, more information can be found on the systematic reviews about occupational therapy in mental health webpage.

She is currently collaborating on a number of RCOMH projects including the SIPPS and VRP projects.

Hannah has a number of personal professional interests and is currently undertaking a PhD exploring the priorities and barriers to research development in health librarianship and the relationship between this and evidence-based health practice.
