Bespoke & Team Development
As well as providing a series of pre-programmed workshops and
development opportunities the Staff Development Team may be
able to support additional needs which arise from changes
and developing priorities of individuals, teams and
the University.
Whilst individual departments and faculties hold there
own staff development budgets used to meet the subject
specific and technical skills required for their staff sometimes
more general development needs may be identified. These
could be relevant to developing the team itself or
providing facilitation or training for a group of staff either
within a set team or for the wider university context.
