bearing.
Coaching & Mentoring Programme -
Delivered by: Professor Bob Garvey
As part of our commitment to Leadership and
Management development the University is introducing a coaching
service in order to allow individuals the opportunity to use a
bespoke and discreet service which will enable them to address
their areas for development in a safe and confidential space. A
coaching service will revolutionise the way in which we could help
individuals with their personal and professional development,
enhancing our current portfolio of development available to all
staff. All coaches will have completed the Coaching & Mentoring
Programme and have been awarded a Postgraduate Certificate in
Coaching and Mentoring (subject to validation). The programme will
consist of a cohort of 15 individuals from across the
University.
The current programme has begun however we
will run it again in the next academic year.
