Pre-arrival induction

To welcome you to York St John University our Human Resources Department will send you a letter confirming the job offer and they will issue your contract of employment. Your manager will contact you to welcome you to the team and they will confirm the arrangements for your first day.

Local induction

Your local induction is the part of induction that helps you to settle in to your role and local surroundings. Your Manager is responsible for planning your induction. They will be supported by your Induction Mentor and other colleagues.
