We have a range of core workshops which you may be required, depending on your role, to attend:

Induction (all staff)
Personal Development Review (PDR) Reviewee Briefing (all staff)
Personal Development Review (PDR) Reviewer Briefing (all staff required to conduct PDRs)
Successful Recruitment (all staff required to sit on a formal interview panel)
Equality & Diversity
Managing Equality & Diversity

In addition to the mandatory training for all staff the following sessions are offered and will be considered essential training for all line managers.
