- Be able to use a range of
effective change models and processes
- Understand people’s
different reactions to change and know how to manage each to gain
the best possible results
- Communicate, influence and
gain the willing buy in from their teams
- Have and follow a clear
leadership process to go from where they are to where they need to
be
- Be able to empower team
members and have them accelerate the pace and amplify the results
of change
- Be confident and motivated to use all of these techniques in
the work place
