Managing Conversations & Improving Communication

Delivered by

Paul Ackerley

This workshop is suitable for all staff

In this session, the model of Transactional Analysis will be explored as a communication tool. Its application is particularly effective in managing and developing relationships and can assist in avoiding unproductive confrontations.

Transactional Analysis can be used anywhere there is a need for understanding how a person is communicating or why a relationship is so effective or dysfunctional.

This session will give you a thorough understanding of Berne’s Parent, Adult and Child ego states and, much more importantly, how you can apply it to enrich both your understanding of yourself your dealings with other people.

And if you are at all put off by any of the words or phrases in the past few sentences, don’t be-this will be a fun, interactive session delivered in Plain English!
