Motivational Traits & Mastering the Language of Influence

Delivered by

Paul Ackerley

This workshop is suitable for all staff

Imagine what you could achieve by being able to identify motivational triggers from simple conversation! In this session, you will learn how to recognise what language and behaviours will stimulate and maintain another person’s motivation and, conversely, what will have the opposite effect. You will learn how to use specific language to generate interest and enthusiasm.

The theory for the model is based in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is the result of many years of research.  Applying the skills you learn on this interactive workshop will assist you in building deeper rapport, implementing change more effectively, building high performance teams, hiring people who are motivated to perform and increasing your self-knowledge and self-esteem.

Join me at this session so that you can learn these strategies for successful communication and start to master irresistible language patterns.
