Step 1: Create your IT Account with our Enrolment Gateway
Once you have received your enrolment e-mail, with your Student
ID Number and Enrolment Key, you can log in to the Enrolment
Gateway.
The Enrolment
Gateway is an online system that will take you through
all the stages of enrolment.
- In the Student ID Number box enter the
number as supplied in your e-mail
- In the Enrolment Key box enter your Enrolment
Key
- Click Continue
Next, you'll be asked to create your IT Account by setting a
password. You'll be given a username and must remember this, along
with your password to access various online systems throughout your
time at York St John.
The Enrolment Gateway shows you each of the stages of the
enrolment process that require completion. Please use it to:
- Upload a photo for your Student ID Card
- Complete your Student Records online enrolment form
- Pay any tuition fees
Step 2: Prepare your new student ID card
