Step 4: Confirm your arrival with Registry

You will need to confirm your enrolment with Registry staff (or their representatives) at the start of your programme, which for most students will be during Welcome Week, your enrolment session will be shown on your Welcome Week timetable.

You will need to bring the following:

  1. Your printed Enrolment Certificate
  2. A form of identification incorporating a photograph, e.g. a current passport or current photocard driving licence
  3. Students from overseas must produce a current passport, visa or EU national identity card

Please Note

The final date for enrolment is four weeks after the start of your programme. After that date you will be deemed to have withdrawn from your studies, and IT and Library access will be cut off. York St John University reserve the right to raise a Late Enrolment Fee after this date.
