How do I obtain and pay for my tickets?
All of your Guest tickets will cost £10 each; you do not
pay for your own ticket. We have held the price of the Guest
tickets in the face of increasing costs.
You need to apply online using e:Vision.
You are guaranteed up to two guest tickets and may request up to
two additional guest tickets.
We will contact you via e-mail to tell you how many tickets you
have been allocated by mid October. This e-mail have a link by
which you can pay for all the guest tickets you have been
allocated. Full instructions of how to pay for your guest tickets
using the Graduation
Ticket Payment Portal will arrive with the e-mail
informing you of your exact ticket allocation in October.
When do I receive my tickets?
Admission to the Minster for you and all your guests will be by
ticket only. By mid October you will be notified via
e-mail of your exact ticket allocation and how to pay for your

Please keep them in a safe place. If your tickets are not with you
by 10 November, please contact Registry via DegreeCeremonies@yorksj.ac.uk
or 01904 876846. If you find that you or any of your guests
are unable to attend the ceremony, please contact us so we can
reallocate the tickets to others on the waiting list.
How do I order extra tickets?
If you do not receive your full allocation, you may go on the
waiting list for extra tickets or you may choose to have some of
your guests in a restricted viewing area in the Minster. This is a
separate guest area in the transept which, whilst having a
restricted view of the stage, does have a large projector screen
and seating for your guests.
