As the main source of student advice and guidance on campus, we
work hard to ensure we keep up-to-date with as much information on
the student experience as possible and that we deliver our advice
and guidance to a high standard in a friendly, approachable
We appreciate that asking for help or advice can sometimes be a
little daunting, many of the Student Advisers are ex-students so
they really have been there and know what uni life is like.
It means a lot to us to know you are happy with the service
we provide and welcome compliments, complaints and
suggestions. Your feedback really helps us to develop the
support that we provide to you.

You Said, We Did
- You said we needed to open later, we're now open until 6pm
- You said we needed to offer students a confidential space to
talk, we always had this but didn't advertise it enough. We now
have signs on the desk alerting you to the fact that you can speak
to us in a confidential area.
- You said you wanted to use the Holgate Centre to do
performances in, charity events and to put displays of work up, we
have allowed bookings for this. It's your students centre, so use
