3.31. Fraudulent applications
3.31.1 Applicants who do
not abide by the rules and regulations of the University,
UCAS
or
GTTR
, or
who make fraudulent applications, including non-disclosure of
information relevant to the application, will have their offer of a
place withdrawn.
3.31.2 Registrations
based on fraudulent applications will be subject to the
University’s Disciplinary procedures, which may lead to the
termination of a programme of study.
