Tutorial Booker
The
Tutorial Booker is a tool which has been developed by Gareth
Jenkins and the EIS team.
It is a very simple yet powerful system allowing tutors to
create schedules of tutorial slots, which their students can then
book on.
Tutorial Booker can be accessed directly from the Moodle Course
Overview page, or by entering this address into your web browser's
address bar: http://intranet.yorksj.ac.uk/tutorialbooker
Personal Tutorial Booker Addresses
Each tutor has a unique and personal Tutorial Booker
address, which can be sent out to students. This allows them to go
straight to the relevant tutor's schedule. The address takes the
following form:
http://intranet.yorksj.ac.uk/TutorialBooker/ViewTutorSchedule.aspx?ID=tutor.username
where tutor.username is the tutor's YSJ IT
account username. Therefore, for the tutor Edward Cordukes, the
address would be:
http://intranet.yorksj.ac.uk/TutorialBooker/ViewTutorSchedule.aspx?ID=e.cordukes
