If you're looking for a night out, York is packed full
or pubs, clubs and bars. Many of these provide specific
student nights and student discounts which the Students' Union will
promote to you throughout the first few weeks. Student nights
are a great way to socialise with your friends as well as an
opportunity to meet new friends.

Don't forget to sign up for your NUS (National Union of
Students) card as so many attractions in York offer student
discount on presentation of an NUS.
