Fitness Suite
The fitness suite is open to everyone and
contains the following equipment that will allow for a full body
workout:
- 3 bikes
- 3
treadmills
- 2 arc
trainers
- 2 rowers
- A SciFit upper
body ergometer
- Fixed and free weight
equipment
- Dumbbells
- Kettlebells
- Powerbags
- Resistance
bands
- Medicine
balls
The Fitness Suite is a Registered facility under the Inclusive
Fitness Initiative (IFI) and we have qualified staff on hand to
meet the needs of both disabled and non-disabled people

Opening Times
Monday to Friday
12pm - 7pm
Saturday
9am - 1pm
The fitness suite is closed during Easter,
Christmas, New Year and bank holiday weekends.
Membership Fees
The membership year is September to August and
is divided into three terms. Payment is due at the start of
each term. Discounts apply if joining midway
through the term; please contact us for details.

Staff membership is paid by a £15 per month
deduction from salary.

Complete the
Fitness Suite Membership Application Form and
visit YSJActive in Foss reception to pay (card, cash
or cheque acceptable). All payments are non-refundable. A large
